Not only is this dish incredibly delicious, but it's also packed with essential nutrients that our bodies need. It provides a rich source of vitamins and nutrients vital for our overall well-being. Now, let's dive into the details and explore the ingredients required to prepare this flavorful Water Spinach Leaves Recipe recipe.
Materials Used.
Wash and clean some Water Spinach leaves.
Corn flour 75g.
Wheat flour 100g.
1/2 cup of water.
1/2 Teaspoons of pepper powder.
A little crushed garlic.
Coconut oil for frying.
Method of making.
First of all, we have to remove the stems of Water Spinach and separate the leaves and wash and clean them.
Next we need to prepare a batter to spread on the water spinach leaves. Take a bowl and add wheat flour and Corn flour to it. Add pepper powder, crushed white salt and salt to it and add water little by little and mix well.
Now let's take a pot and put it on the stove and add coconut oil to it. After the oil is hot, arrange the Water Spinach leaves one by one and spread them in the batter and fry them until golden. Remember to prepare this in low flame.
