Hope everybody is doing well. I want to talk about a new topic today. Diarrhoea. The incidence of diarrhoea increases in winter Outbreaks appear to be exacerbated during rotavirus.People who eat stale rotten food and those who are not clean and who are not aware and those who live in various unhealthy environments are more likely to have diarrhoea .Diarrhoea is basically dehydration of our body and our physical weakness is seen and we feel sick.And in order to avoid diarrhoea, we must stay clean and eat healthy and nutritious food and maintain the body's water supply.The main way to cure diarrhoea at home is to cure diarrhoea with saline and food saline.But yes you have to keep in mind that if the problem is more then you must seek medical attention and be hospitalized so I tried to say like I hope everyone will be fine and healthy.

ভাই আমাদের ঢাকা শহরে পানির খুব অভাব, আর শীতকালে মানুস এই অভাব অনুভব করে না, কারন শীত বলে পানি কম লাগে। হে হে হে
যাইহোক, আপনার কথাগুলোর সাথে একমত শহরের অধিকাংশ মানুষই শীতকালে খাবার ফ্রিজে রাখেন এবং একদিনের খাবার অন্য খান। তাছাড়া পানি খাওয়ার পরিমানও কমিয়ে দেন অনেকেই। বিষয়টি নতুনভাবে মনে করিয়ে দেয়ার জন্য ধন্যবাদ।
