Good day my dear co-hivers, it was a great day here hope you are having a great day too.
For today's blog is an experience towards another opportunity of learning how some leaders create a new standards of leading their co-youth in their era.
It wasn't a more detailed discussion but some was really a learning for the youth of the barangay, this is so called General SK Assembly.
Talking about how SK Chairwoman works from behind of everything, officials and all of the youth don't know the hardwork that their leaders encounter. It was just half of the things they see that leaders might have been leading their way of life as a busy individual. SK Chairwoman of our Brgy. is my sister and knowing she have many things to do in school and in her task at the brgy. she probably lack sleep, and needs some rest sometimes.
It was from General SK Assembly going to a basketball game to be held at San Remigio Sports Complex, looking at my sister, she had a 10 percent battery, she was then tired from morning till evening that the game finished.
It is leading by heart that everything can be endured everytime. It took a while for some subordinates to understand what the leader should possess to actually feel everything around her.
One of the speakers during the Assembly were Sir Ronclark Daguhoy, they probably are the guide of the SK Chairman / Chairwoman specially guiding them with the projects being done by the SK Chairman. The highlight of the Assembly was also to enlighten other youth and subordinates how SK Chairmans leading the youth be effective and until where is the jurisdiction of the SK Chairman. They can't even use money directly like their source of funds without the other subordinates ideas too.
The meeting took was then full of enthusiasm specially when they have thier raffles like winners receiving rice and some important or basic needs. And even have a photo opportunity after. We the audience enjoyed the Assembly too. Learnings where imparted carefully and clearly.
I am not a member of the youth organization anymore but gatherings like this, interest me. I am open to listening to every important matters when meetings like this just allow anyone to join. I am also a back up of the wife of my brother as she is one of the youth and took her baby there in the venue. Just trying to help her also carry the baby sometimes, like if she is called and won the raffle, it was great and happy to see them claimed their prices.
As a leader, I can say that it takes courage to do it and it takes time, takes a tough heart, it takes dedication and off course teamwork with your co officials. It will be a great journey of your time when you allow yourself to grow and absorb the teachings that your leaders or other mentors taught you. It might be a long journey since you started but I guess it will really be worth it at last.
Managing your time as a leader is also important in doing your duties and responsibilities in the barangay. Never tried to be one but as I observe in the previous leaders, some were not that dedicated and some just make it as fun and just a happy go lucky thing.
All of the activities in the barangay will be successful if everyone cooperates. If there is teamwork and also if you serve people happily then it will not be that hard for you to finish the task given by your leader. It will be for the good of each and every youth in the society to create harmonious relationship to each of you.
Trainings nowadays are important for our self growth and as a learning that you can take wherever you go.
I know I am not perfect but when you actually share what you learn and many people benefited the learnings you have. You are such an important individual to your society. It is never late to help them out if you can contribute something.
True leaders are for me heroes. They sacrifice thier own time just to serve the people. Their time when they want to relax and even their time for their special someone. We have to appreciate all the efforts they do for us. The talents they share and knowledge they use to lead better.
True leaders are not boss. True leaders do what is right for a group and true leaders decide what is better not for himself but for others. Leaders listens and accepts suggestions. Leaders lead the way to a successful barangay or in any forms and to any group they belong.
One is for all, all for one.

Hmm actually I didn't serve but I am just interested in their event that is why I join. But if I am ask to serve even if I am not a member of the youth, my pleasure☺️☺️
