I found this mural walking through the streets of a small town. I was in the town of Anguinán, Chilecito, in the province of La Rioja, Argentina. The particularity is that it is not a conventional mural, but rather it is made with mud and clay, what we call adobe in Spanish.
Este mural lo encontré caminando por las calles de un pequeño pueblo. Me hallaba en el pueblo de Anguinán, Chilecito, en la provincia de La Rioja, Argentina. La particularidad es que no se trata de un mural convencional, sino que está hecho con barro y arcilla, lo que llamamos en castellano adobe.
As the sign says, it is a community mural and was a project of the National University of Chilecito.
Como dice el cartel se trata de un mural comunitario y fue un proyecto de Universidad Nacional de Chilecito.

"Adobe is an egalitarian material" he says in one sector. This refers to the fact that bricks are made in the area with clay, sand and straw. With those bricks they build their homes.

Anguinan is a wine-growing town, which is why we see hands holding bunches of grapes.
Something typical of the area is also represented, which are cacti.
