Back to north London this week.
Whilst planning, I could see a huge reservoir and interesting buildings surrounding it on Google Maps. My idea was to get birds eye views of certain building that could be interpreted as a letter, then have a quick flight around the surface of a water.
To my surprise, the lake has almost completely dried out save for a few streams and a the building I thought about photographing were demolished. On the plus side, the weather was amazing so I couldn't pass up the opportunity.
Call me weird but I find major infrastructure visually appealing, from the air at least. This is no exception- The opposite side of the of two artery roads crossing and a train line running underneath seen in one of my previous posts with the shopping mall seen on the left here.
Such a stark contrast between the barren lake bed and birdwatching hides versus the developments and colours of the businesses nearby.
