When going full health and activity mode, it's usually a matter of time before there is some kind of set back which results in a reversal to bad habits. Week 4 now seemed to have been that not so much on the activity as I did again more than 100k steps going for 2 swims and joining 2 Hot yoga classes. The healthy food intake however I didn't manage to keep up mostly because the speed dating event I went to on Tuesday ended up in a dissapointment.
New Week Plans
So for the new week it will mostly be a matter of picking things up where I left them and fully go for it again. The football season is practically over so I will have more time going forward. The idea is to once again do 100k steps this week, join some yoga classes and if possible go for a swim all while putting all the importance on eating healtly and in limited quantities.
