Caminar por las calles de mi pequeño pueblo resulta muy relajante no solamente para mí sino también para mi hijo, el cual se ha convertido en mi fiel compañero en cada una de mis aventuras. En esta ocasión salimos rumbo a una pequeña cancha techada que queda aproximadamente a tres cuadras de mi casa.

Es un lugar ideal para el disfrute de los niños y de paso realizar un poco de ejercicios, pero mi hijo en esta ocasión iba algo desanimado y precisamente ese fue el motivo para salir a pasear y tratar de levantarle el ánimo. Así que solo caminamos alrededor de la cancha y nos sentamos un rato en la pequeña plaza a tomar aire fresco y observar el paisaje.

Resultó ser relajante para ambos ya que nos permitió liberar un poco el estrés y por mi parte pensar en otras cosas y dejar a un lado todas mis preocupaciones tanto en el ámbito laboral como personal.

Walking through the streets of my small town is very relaxing not only for me but also for my son, who has become my faithful companion in each of my adventures. On this occasion we went out to a small roofed court that is approximately three blocks from my house.

It is an ideal place for children to enjoy and exercise, but this time my son was a bit discouraged and that was precisely the reason to go for a walk and try to cheer him up. So we just walked around the court and sat for a while in the small square to get some fresh air and watch the scenery.

It turned out to be relaxing for both of us as it allowed us to release some stress and for my part to think about other things and put aside all my worries both at work and personal.
