Punta de Mata sigue siendo un pueblo rico en cultura pero muy pobre en cuanto a ideales se trata.

El pasado Domingo se hizo un pequeño evento conmemorando la Juramentación de los nuevos líderes de la asamblea en el sector Canaima del municipio Ezequiel Zamora.
- Last Sunday a small event was held to commemorate the swearing in of the new leaders of the assembly in the Canaima sector of the Ezequiel Zamora municipality.
¿Porqué digo que es pobre en ideales y rico en cultura?
- Why do I say it is poor in ideals and rich in culture?
Pues cuando definimos ideales no precisamente se habla de seguir el mandato de alguien mas y mucho menos su forma de pensar, es por ello que la cultura general acá esta siendo abarrotada con los ideales políticos que nos inculcan directa e indirectamente.
- Well, when we define ideals, we are not exactly talking about following someone else's mandate and much less their way of thinking, which is why the general culture here is being filled with political ideals that are instilled in us directly and indirectly.
Acá podemos apreciar el folklore del llano y aunque ésta no es la única cultura existente es la que ha contado con mas participación y apoyo.
Al grupo colectivo H.U.R.T.O CREW se nos hizo invitación a ser parte de ésto y aunque varios de los miembros del equipo no pudieron asistir tuve el gusto de platicar con quién será el nuevo alcalde de Zamora, plantearle nuestros proyectos como colectivo y el plan que tengo de construcción para un Skatepark con el apoyo de #hive ya que canaima es una zona independiente y sabemos que nunca hemos tenido ningún tipo de apoyo gubernamental al menos podemos suavizar la parte legal y obtener los permisos.
- Here we can appreciate the folklore of the plains and although this is not the only existing culture is the one that has had more participation and support.
The collective group H.U.R.T.O CREW we were invited to be part of this and although several of the team members could not attend I had the pleasure to talk with who will be the new mayor of Zamora, to present our projects as a collective and the plan I have to build a Skatepark with the support of #hive since canaima is an independent area and we know we have never had any government support at least we can smooth the legal part and get the permits.
Éste evento tuvo lugar en el club Leoncio Martínez del sector canaima (lugar que normalmente uso para patinar) con la presentación de varios artistas y el mas destacado de todos el primo Pipollo.
- This event took place at the Leoncio Martinez club in the canaima sector (a place I normally use for skating) with the presentation of several artists and the most outstanding of all, cousin Pipollo.
Esta señora es la líder del consejo comunal.
- This lady is the leader of the community council.
Y si, atrás estaban preparando la gran sopa para todos.
- And yes, in the back they were preparing the big soup for everyone.
<21>Luego del evento y la comida pudieron seguir disfrutando del día con musica y bailes.
- After the event and lunch they were able to continue enjoying the day with music and dancing.
Espero que ésto les llegue directo al pecho y acepten que en la unión está la fuerza , si queremos realizar nuestro skatepark y consolidarnos cómo colectivo debemos estar mas unidos.
- I hope this goes straight to your chest and that you accept that there is strength in unity, if we want to build our skatepark and consolidate ourselves as a collective we must be more united.
