Finalmente, el 27 de octubre, cumplí 14 años. Era algo que me ponía muy nerviosa y sobre todo la pregunta de qué iba a hacer para celebrarlo. Honestamente al principio no quería hacer nada porque por otro lado no me emocionaba tanto, simplemente era un día más o eso es lo que yo pensaba. Hasta que el día anterior, 26 de octubre les pregunté a unas amigas si querían compartir un rato conmigo en la piscina. Como muchos saben me gusta mucho ir a la piscina, no quería ir a un lugar público sino hacer algo más privado. Aún así tampoco quería que mi cumpleaños se basara todo el día en la piscina sino también caminar por la residencia y compartir entre todos.

No fue algo muy grande, solo fueron cinco amigas y mis dos primos. Nos metimos todas a la piscina pero no duramos mucho tiempo ahí porque la piscina cerraba a las 6:00pm y nos habíamos metido más o menos a las 4:30pm. Yo me salí antes de la hora porque ya me había aburrido un poco de estar en la piscina y me iba a vestir, así que fui al baño y me cambié ahí mismo, también me arreglé físicamente un poco.

Para esto, empezó a llover y nos tocó estar en el área de la piscina abajo de un techo con unas mesas porque no podíamos entrar a la casa ya que no teníamos la llave. Mi mamá había salido de la residencia un momento para buscar la torta y aún no había llegado. Estaba lloviendo muy fuerte pero por suerte no nos mojamos mucho. Aunque una amiga no le importó nada y se bañó en la lluvia jajaja. Poco a poco iba dejando de llover y justamente había llegado mi mamá, la torta estaba muy bonita y le quise poner una foto de Billie Eilish aparte de las velas, pusimos la torta una mesa a la que no le pegaba tanta luz (porque no podíamos apagar las luces del área de la piscina) y me cantaron cumpleaños ahí.

Fue un momento muy lindo y que siempre recordaré, a pesar de que no fueron muchas personas me la pasé muy bien con todos. Al rato de cantar cumpleaños nos fuimos a la casa y platicamos entre todos. Hicimos muchas cosas divertidas, cantamos canciones y mi hermana mayor pidió unas pizzas. Cuando llegaron las pizzas la repartimos y nos la comimos, estaban muy ricas. Después de comer fuimos a la parte de atrás de la residencia, por dónde están los canales y nos quedamos ahí un rato. Ya era un poco tarde y de tuvieron que ir mis amigas, así que me quedé con mi hermana y con mis primos.

Puedo decir que fue un día hermoso y muy divertido, fue uno de mis cumpleaños favoritos porque realmente la pasamos muy bien entre todos. Quisiera que se volviera a repetir algo así, pero tendría que esperar otro año más jajajaja. A pesar de que antes no quería hacer nada, fue una buena idea porque igualmente era mi cumpleaños y tenía que celebrarlo con personas que quiero. La torta estuvo demasiado buena, era de chocolate y vainilla. Rindió justamente para todos y sobró, le llevé a mis primos más pequeños y a mi hermano. Me siento muy feliz por haber celebrado este día, aunque también me hubiera gustado ver la película de FNAF, pero realmente disfruté y me divertí con mis amigas. One Special Day

Finally, yesterday, on October 27th, I turned 14. It was something that made me quite nervous, especially the question of how I would celebrate it. Honestly, at first, I didn't want to do anything special because I wasn't that excited about it; it seemed like just another day. Until the day before, on October 26th, I asked some friends if they wanted to spend some time with me by the pool. As many of you know, I really enjoy going to the pool, and I wanted to do something more private. However, I also didn't want my birthday to revolve solely around the pool but to also include walking around our residence and sharing with everyone.

It wasn't a big event; it was just five friends and my two cousins. We all got into the pool, but we didn't stay there long since the pool closed at 6:00 pm, and we had entered around 4:30 pm. I left the pool early because I was starting to get a bit bored and wanted to change. I went to the bathroom, changed there, and freshened up a bit.

At this point, it started to rain, and we had to stay under a shelter with some tables by the pool area because we couldn't get into the house since we didn't have the key. My mom had left the residence briefly to pick up the cake, and she hadn't returned yet. It was raining pretty heavily, but fortunately, we didn't get too wet. One of my friends didn't mind and danced in the rain, haha. The rain gradually stopped, and right then, my mom arrived. The cake looked lovely, and apart from the candles, I decided to add a picture of Billie Eilish to it. We put the cake on a table with less light (as we couldn't turn off the pool area's lights), and they sang "Happy Birthday" to me there.

It was a very special moment that I will always remember. Despite not having many people around, I had a great time with everyone. After singing "Happy Birthday," we headed back to the house and chatted. We did many fun things, sang songs, and my older sister ordered some pizzas. When the pizzas arrived, we shared and enjoyed them; they were really delicious. After eating, we went to the back of the residence where the canals are, and we spent some time there. It was getting late, and my friends had to leave, so I stayed with my sister and cousins.

I can say it was a beautiful and very fun day, one of my favorite birthdays because we had a great time together. I hope something like this happens again, but I'll have to wait another year, hahaha. Even though I didn't want to do anything special at first, it turned out to be a good idea because it was my birthday, and I got to celebrate it with people I care about. The cake was amazing, a mix of chocolate and vanilla. It was just the right size for everyone, and we even had some leftovers that I shared with my younger cousins and my brother. I'm really happy to have celebrated this day, even though I would have liked to see the FNAF movie. I hope you enjoyed or found today's post interesting.
