Thinking about what to post for Beer Saturday today. I decided to try what I hadn't tasted before. I opened the chillers and freezers but I have tasted almost every beer I saw.
I asked the waiter, what would be refreshing and he recommended Legend Extra Stout. For the first time, I tasted Legend Extra Stout and it intrigued and excited me.
As I popped open the bottle, I perceived something like a roasted barley and a smell of malt, and I was so anxious to have a sip and it prepared me for the sensation that followed.
The first sip tasted like a symphony of flavors that lingered on my palate. I felt the taste of chocolate, a roasted malt-like taste with some sweetness of hops. It's a perfect harmony of taste as they complemented each other and this gave me a warm and comforting experience melting away the stress of the day.
As I continued savoring the beer, it was as if the Legend Extra Stout transported me to a place of tranquility and it felt like nothing else mattered.
Legend Extra Stout is a well-crafted beer with an exceptional taste with flavors of fine ingredients that blend. The alcohol content was perfect for me, which made it easy for me to drink and it didn't take long for me to empty a bottle after which I felt a pang of sadness, as I didn't want the experience to end, I had to order for another bottle which left me emptying three bottles with ease.
At that moment, I knew I had found another favorite beer as my first taste of Legend Extra Stout was truly legendary, it left me with a truly memorable experience and I will always want to experience it again.
Legend Extra Stout has been in Nigeria since 1961 brewed by Nigerian Brewery Plc and it is one of the most consumed beers in Nigeria with a 6.5% level of alcohol. It comes in a 60cl bottle with a mild malty body and just a hint of caramel sweetness and hop aromas.
