Main goal of a coach/trainer
Our main goal as a coach/trainer is to see our athletes achieve greater heights especially to enjoy theirself in the game.
Being a coach/trainer isn't that easy because you need to know your own player and identity them base on what they can do. Every players/person have there own mindset, own stregth, and own weakness.
You also need to identity there behavior as there will be those who are attentive to learn (those players will be your trump card, open for improve), high pride players (high performing skill but often don't train will, no eagerness to learn/improve), Player who play just for fun (can be trained but with no guarantee to continue/deciding point of becoming an athlete), Player with less ability to improve but can be seen often in training (only need proper nurturing), Skilled player with great potential and active in training (Ace players) and Lazy players (who just join to pass time).
Those are the crucial point is you want to nurture one and finding "the Best player" is also not that easy because the person/s that called "The Best" is/are those with the "ACE" value (Skilled player with great potential and active in training).
As for me, there no need to find "The Best Player" as long as my player put there best effort in every game, and i know for sure that it is also what other coaches think of.
Official Game
February 28,2024, continuation of Badminton Provincial Game. The beginning of the game is set at 1:00pm on February 27,2024 to manage time efficiency; and with the approval of different coaches.
As of now, February 28,2024, my team have straight victory of singles A and B girls, and singles A boys. We also have one win one lose in singles B boys, and doubles (girls and boys).
We are in safe place in regards with singles A and B girls and singles A boys but in toe-to-toe with doubles boys and girls, and singles B boys. This is where we feel nervous because one more lose will be the end.
By the way,the game is set as double elimination game as two (2) loses means no further game and your eliminates in the competition.
As we are now, we are lucky that no one in our team is eliminated and will continue to play further. We are also satisfied as for the result of our team. The chance to gain the championship title also excites us so we encourage our player to focus and stay calm as we can do this.
Goal
Every coach and athletes have a common goal, it is to become a champion and become a gold medalist in each of there respective game and that's for sure. Our team is in it for sure, no Lossing of hope until the end. Grab the chance and keep it up.
