¡Hola querida comunidad! Pensaron que los hivers en Margarita se habían dormido? jajaja, la verdad es que no! Hay muchas razones por las cuales no podemos hacer reuniones tan seguidas, como el hecho de vivir demasiado lejos (mínimo, media hora de distancia cada uno), además de tener trabajados con horarios fuertes, sin mencionar los inconvenientes y deberes individuales, realmente hacemos un gran esfuerzo por reunirnos y trabajar en son de Hive, cuando lo logramos, es con mucha emoción, cariño y ganas de hacer algo genial en la Isla, normalmente esto ocurre los fines de semana, pues es donde sacamos ese tiempo justo y necesario para compartir juntos y planificar cosas lindas para Hive.

Hey dear community! Did you think the hivers in Margarita had fallen asleep? Haha, the truth is, no! There are many reasons why we can't have meetings so often, such as living too far apart (at least half an hour away from each other), in addition to having jobs with demanding schedules, not to mention individual inconveniences and duties. We really make a great effort to gather and work in the spirit of Hive. When we do manage to get together, it's with a lot of excitement, affection, and a desire to do something great on the Island. This usually happens on weekends, as that's when we find the right and necessary time to share together and plan lovely things for Hive.
Ahora bien, hace un tiempo que tenía estas 4 camisas, las cuales fueron patrocinadas por @enrique89, para tenerlas listas fue una odisea, literalmente jaja, primero, Rosa compro algunas camisas, luego yo compre las que faltaban, para llevarlas a timbrar tenía que esperar a que Claudimar me trajera las camisas que tenía Rosa, más la de ella y otras dos hivers, y así mandar a timbrar varias de una vez...
Luego de tener todas las camisas en mi poder, espere unos días para llevarlas a timbrar, ya que el lugar de timbrado de confianza abría sus puertas en 3 días así que tuve que esperar ese tiempo, una vez listas las camisas en unos días Mercedes que vive cerca de ese local las paso buscando, ya que no había podido ir a retirarlas, luego pase buscando las franelas con Mercedes para poder pautar una reunión con quienes iban a recibirlas!
Now, I had these 4 shirts for a while, which were sponsored by @enrique89. Getting them ready was quite an odyssey, literally haha. First, Rosa bought some shirts, then I bought the remaining ones. To get them stamped, I had to wait for Claudimar to bring me the shirts that Rosa had, along with hers and two more from other hivers, in order to send several for stamping at once.
After having all the shirts in my possession, I waited a few days to take them to be stamped since the trusted stamping place would open in 3 days, so I had to wait that time. Once the shirts were ready, in a few days, Mercedes, who lives near that location, picked them up, as I hadn't been able to go get them. Then I picked up the shirts with Mercedes to schedule a meeting with those who were going to receive them!
Esta reunión lleva reprogramándose mucho tiempo, realmente se nos hizo complicado reunirnos este mes, teníamos muchos inconvenientes, responsabilidades, situaciones que escapaban de nuestras manos, etc. Lo bueno es que en el grupo que tenemos por Telegram nos dimos ánimos y bonitas energías, hoy por fin se dio la oportunidad de entregarlas!!
Estas camisas son para las personas que realmente han demostrado un compromiso real con Hive, no solo aquí en la plataforma, sino al hacer un esfuerzo grande por asistir a las reuniones y demostrar que sienten una pasión por la creación de contenido, de las 4 camisas hoy pude entregar 3 de ellas, y eso me alegra muchísimo, ya que sé que esas personas van a usarlas como mucho orgullo y felicidad, es realmente cool cuando nos reunimos con nuestras camisas y llamamos la atención de las personas, así que poco a poco Hive va tomando más presencia en la Isla 🌴.
This meeting has been rescheduled for a long time; it was really difficult for us to get together this month due to many inconveniences, responsibilities, situations beyond our control, etc. The good thing is that in our Telegram group, we encouraged each other and shared positive energies. Finally, today we had the opportunity to deliver them!
These shirts are for people who have truly shown a real commitment to Hive, not only on the platform but by making a significant effort to attend meetings and demonstrate their passion for content creation. Of the 4 shirts, I was able to deliver 3 today, and that makes me very happy because I know those people will wear them with pride and joy. It's really cool when we gather with our shirts and attract attention, so little by little, Hive is becoming more present on the Island🌴.
También aproveché de llevar conmigo unas lindas pulseras que @arlettemsalase me hizo llegar, no les he dicho cuantas son, pero eso lo dejo para otro post, aun así lleve unas cuantas a esta reunión para que las chicas pudieran contactar a otros hivers o regalar en alguna capacitación, como Rosa y Albany, que han estado trabajando en capacitar sobre Hive, entregar algunas pulseras puede ser genial para que una persona se anime y tome la decisión de hacer su post de introducción!!.
I also took the opportunity to bring some lovely bracelets that @arlettemsalase sent me. I haven't told you how many there are, but I'll leave that for another post. Still, I brought a few to this meeting so that the girls could contact other hivers or give them away in some training sessions, like Rosa and Albany, who have been working on training about Hive. Giving out some bracelets can be great for encouraging someone to take the plunge and make their introductory post!!
Como les dije, cada reunión, capacitación, onboarding, meta, es con mucho esfuerzo de parte de personas que tenemos trabajados y responsabilidades muy exigentes, pero eso no nos frena, pues cada reunión es muy hermosa, llena de risas, buena vibra, muchas fotos y experiencias compartidas, hemos logrado tener una conexión/amistad realmente agradable, lo bonito es que es gracias a Hive, vamos poco a poco, pues como siempre digo, a Hive le luce genial la playita 🌴❤️.
As I told you, each meeting, training, onboarding, goal, is with a lot of effort on the part of people who have very demanding jobs and responsibilities, but that doesn't stop us, because each meeting is very beautiful, full of laughter, good vibes, many photos and shared experiences, we have managed to have a really nice connection/friendship, the nice thing is that it is thanks to Hive, we are going little by little, as I always say, Hive looks great on the beach 🌴❤️.

Mira realmente todo se vio afectado, incluso Margarita no te voy a mentir, algunas zonas que eran muy recurrentes ya no lo son y están abandonadas, pero al mismo tiempo abrieron otros centros comerciales, hay nuevas avenidas populares y muchos negocios muy chéveres, así que de toda Venezuela, yo diría que Margarita se pudo recuperar satisfactoriamente, sin contar que la isla SIEMPRE será un paraíso por sus montañas, playas y atardeceres, me encanta vivir aquí, de toda Venezuela, para mi Margarita es lo mejor de lo mejor 🙌🏻
