Cosas de niños, por esta razón decidí que era más conveniente trabajar cuando ella estuviera dormida para así no rentarla con éstas ternuras de diseños. |

I got a pigment called aniline which is used to pigment cold porcelain. It is super effective and I stick with this method since pigmenting with acrylics is a bit cumbersome and leaves the porcelain with a lot of moisture so you have to pigment a day before working with it. | Conseguí un pigmento llamado anilina que se utiliza para pigmentar la porcelana fría. Es súper efectivo y me quedo con este método ya que pigmentar con acrílicos es un poco engorroso y deja la porcelana con mucha humedad por lo que hay que pigmentar un día antes de trabajarla. |
The first thing we will do is the disk where we will then apply the little owl. We run a piece of purple porcelain in a darker shade than the one we used for the body and we shape it into a triangle. By working on the eyes and beak we can see this cute lilac and turquoise owl take on personality. The brown background was very successful because it makes our owl stand out with an unparalleled splendor. To adhere all these pieces together we can use white school glue. It is very easy to use. Just place a small amount on the surface we want to adhere and that's it. But even better, is to glue the pieces at the same time that we make them and they will be perfectly fixed to each other without applying anything because the cold porcelain is made with a good proportion of glue, but it is necessary to work quickly to use this method. | Al trabajar los ojos y el pico podemos ver cobrar personalidad a este tierno búho color lila y turquesa. El fondo marrón fue muy acertado porque hace destacar de manera a nuestro búho con un esplendor sin igual. Para adherir todas estás piezas entre si podemos utilizar pegamento escolar color blanco. Es muy fácil de usar. Solo colocamos una pequeña cantidad en la superficie que deseamos adherir y ya. Pero aún mejor, es ir pegando las piezas en el mismo momento que las realizamos y se fijarán perfectamente entre sí sin aplicar nada ya que la porcelana fría está hecha con una buena proporción de pegamento, pero es necesario trabajar rápidamente para usar este método. |
