Hola a todos. Hoy domingo 12 de mayo celebramos en Venezuela el día de las madres. Desde hace un tiempo las celebraciones dejaron de ser fiestas para mí debido a mis padecimientos de salud. Me toca celebrar en casa o en casa de mi hermana ya que no puedo viajar hasta el pueblo donde me gustaría estar. Mi madre en esta oportunidad no está en la ciudad 😔 por tal motivo estaré hoy en casa disfrutando de un día de relax viendo películas y enviando mensajes de felicitaciones a mis seres queridos.

Hello everyone. Today, Sunday May 12, we celebrate Mother's Day in Venezuela. For some time now the celebrations have stopped being holidays for me due to my health problems. I have to celebrate at home or at my sister's house since I cannot travel to the town where I would like to be. My mother is not in town this time 😔 so I will be at home today enjoying a relaxing day watching movies and sending messages of congratulations to my loved ones.

Agasajarse uno mismo también está permitido este día 😁 es por ello que acabo de realizar con material RECICLADO, como auto regalo, un hermoso ORGANIZADOR DE CROCHET que me tiene enamorada. Ya quería tener a la vista todos mis ganchos y mejor organizados mis marcadores. Espero que todas las madres la estén pasando súper bien y si leen a tiempo esta publicación se atrevan a realizar uno para ustedes.

ORGANIZADOR DE GANCHOS ELABORADO CON MATERIAL RECICLADO.

HOOK ORGANIZER MADE WITH RECYCLED MATERIAL.

Me motivé a realizar este lindo y práctico organizador ya que deseo tener a la vista todos los ganchos o agujas de crochet que tengo. Casi siempre tejo con los mismos números, pero me encanta tejer con los más gruesos. Hace tiempo que no lo hacía y para este proyecto hice un cambio que me dejó muy satisfecha.

MATERIALES UTILIZADOS:

💚 Hilos acrílicos denominados Estambre escolar.
🍄 Aguja de crochet de 5 mm.
💚 Aguja de crochet de 3,5mm.
🍄 Envase plástico vacío.
💚 Tijeras.
🍄 Aguja lanera.
💚 Granos de frijol verde Chino.
🍄 Argolla o aro para llavero.

I decided to make this cute and practical organizer because I want to have all the crochet hooks or needles I have in sight. I almost always knit with the same numbers, but I love to knit with the thicker ones. I hadn't done that in a while and for this project I made a change that I was very pleased with.

MATERIALS USED:

💚 Acrylic yarns called School yarn.
🍄 5 mm crochet needle.
💚 3.5mm crochet needle.
🍄 Empty plastic container.
💚 Scissors.
🍄 Wool needle.
💚 Chinese green bean kernels.
🍄 Key ring.

PROCEDIMIENTO DE ELABORACIÓN:

💚 Empecé tomando el hilo estambre de los dos colores, es decir que tomé la madeja blanca y la madeja anaranjada, junté ambas hebras y con el gancho número 5mm empecé a tejer desde un anillo mágico 12 puntos altos. Luego en la segunda vuelta tejí 12 aumentos de puntos altos. En la tercera vuelta tejí 1 punto alto 1 aumento. En las siguientes vueltas tejí solo puntos medios altos hasta lograr llegar al borde del envase plástico.
🍄 Una vez que llegué hasta el borde del envase plástico cerré con punto deslizado, corté la hebra y la escondí entre los puntos.

PROCEDURE OF ELABORATION:

💚 I started by taking the worsted yarn of the two colors, i.e. I took the white skein and the orange skein, joined both strands together and with hook number 5mm I started knitting from a magic ring 12 high stitches. Then in the second round I knitted 12 increases of high stitches. In the third row I knit 1 double crochet 1 increase. In the following rows I knitted only double crochet until I reached the edge of the plastic container.
🍄 Once I got to the edge of the plastic container I closed with slipped stitch, cut the strand and hid it between the stitches.

💚 Para decorar el organizador realicé una flor en punto puff. Este punto me gusta mucho porque queda abultado, perfecto para formar en mi organizador un pequeño alfiletero que será muy útil.
🍄 Empecé tejiendo 8 puntos bajos dentro de un anillo mágico. En la siguiente vuelta tejí un punto puff de cuatro puntos altos por cada punto bajo de la vuelta anterior (8 en total). En la siguiente vuelta hice un cambio de color y tejí de nuevo 8 puntos puff ahora de 5 puntos altos, estos puff los separé con dos cadenas. Por último tejí una vuelta más usando otro color de estambre; en esta vuelta tejí los puntos puff con lazada triple (puntos altos triple) separando cada puff por tres cadenas.
💚 Al finalizar cerré con punto deslizado, corté la hebra dejándola larga para usar después.
🍄 Una vez tejida la flor empecé a tejer de nuevo con los estambres anaranjado y blanco. Tejí siguiendo los pasos mencionados para hacer el forro del envase. Solo tejí hasta la vuelta tres. Cerré y dejé la hebra larga para usar después.
💚 Tomé la flor y la cosí por encima de este nuevo tejido que será la tapa del envase. Como puede apreciar coloqué un poco de algodón (guata) para rellenar.

💚 To decorate the organizer I made a flower in puff stitch. I like this stitch very much because it is bulky, perfect to form a small pincushion in my organizer that will be very useful.
🍄 I started by knitting 8 single crochet stitches inside a magic ring. In the next round I knit a puff stitch of four high stitches for each low stitch of the previous round (8 in total). In the next row I made a color change and knitted again 8 puff stitches now of 5 high stitches, these puff stitches I separated them with two chains. Finally I knitted one more round using another yarn color; in this round I knitted the puff stitches with triple loop (triple high stitches) separating each puff by three chains.
💚 At the end I closed with slip stitch, cut the yarn leaving it long to use later.
🍄 Once the flower was knitted I started knitting again with the orange and white stamens. I knitted following the steps mentioned for making the container lining. I only knitted up to round three. I closed and left the long strand to use later.
💚 I took the flower and sewed it on top of this new fabric which will be the lid of the container. As you can appreciate I placed some cotton (wadding) for stuffing.

🍄 Dentro del envase RECICLADO coloqué muchos granos de frijol chino, estos harán peso para que mi organizador siempre esté firme.
💚 Tomé la tapa (parte de la flor tejida) y la cosí con la parte del forro del envase, punto por punto. Al finalizar cerré con punto deslizado, corté la hebra sobrante y la escondí entre los puntos.

🍄 Inside the RECYCLED container I placed many Chinese bean seeds, these will make weight so that my organizer will always be firm.
💚 I took the lid (knitted flower part) and sewed it with the lining part of the container, stitch by stitch. When finished I closed with slipped stitch, cut the excess yarn and hid it between the stitches.

🙋 Ya me lo estrené 😁 coloqué el aro o argolla para llavero en uno de los puntos del forro y allí organicé los marcadores de puntos.
💚 Sobre la tapa metí cada uno de mis ganchos quedando fijos por entre los granos de frijoles y sobre la flor coloqué los alfileres y agujas laneras. ¡A mi me encantó!
