Hello friends of Diy Hub
Once again I got skeins of the colors I needed.
Yellow, white and brown seemed like the right ones to do something inspired by bees. When I saw the photo of a honeycomb, I thought it was a good idea to weave white hexagons with a yellow border that reminds the cells, join them, embroider some bees and place woven flowers as an ornament.

white knitting yarn

Scissors
Lap marker or clip.

How did I make the hexagons?

I started by knitting 6 single crochets inside a magic hoop.

I decided that 23 motifs were enough and, after joining them all, knitted around them a row of half double crochet (hdc) and another of crab stitches.

This number of motifs can be used to make small things, like a rug for example. If you want to make something bigger you can gradually increase the number of hexagons. You can also make larger or smaller hexagons by increasing or decreasing the number of rows and following the pattern of increases.
