Estás lechosa es de color rojo naranja y no necesita azúcar porque es muy dulce. Preparo el jugo con poca agua para aprovechar el dulce natural que trae. Así es más saludable para el organismo.

Procedimiento para preparar el jugo de lechosa.
Procedure to prepare lechesa juice.
1 ) Se le quita la piel a la lechosa y se les extrae las semillas con una cucharilla, luego se lava bien y se corta en cuadros.
1 ) Remove the skin from the lechesa and extract the seeds with a spoon, then wash it well and cut it into squares.
2 ) Se coloca agua fría en la licuadora y se van colocando los trozos de lechosa y se licúa hasta el final.

3 ) Después se coloca en la jarra y se le pone más hielo y azúcar al gusto o se sirven natural el que lo desee.
