Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes , un delicioso y nutritivo jugo de ciruelas,rico en vitaminas : A y C y muchos minerales: sodio, magnesio y calcio.
Aprovechando el tiempo de cosecha, les cuento que mi hijo para comer o para tomar jugo , es un proceso,no le gusta nada, lo he llevado al médico y me dice que es normal en algunos niños.
Pero desde que mi hijo conoció la fruta de ciruelas, todo el tiempo pide que quiere jugo, lo llama compota de ciruela. ¿A quién no le gusta?
La ciruela , es una fruta , con un sabor cítrico, las hay de color rojo y color amarillo,las dos contienen mucha fibra.Es una bebida refrescante.
La ciruela de color amarillo es más jugosa que la roja.

The yellow plum is juicier than the red one.

INGREDIENTES:
- 1 kilo de ciruelas amarillas.
- 1 limón (opcional)
- Medio litro de agua.
- 80 gramos de azúcar.
- Hielo en cubitos.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 kilo of yellow plums.
- 1 lemon (optional)
- Half a liter of water.
- 80 grams of sugar.
- Ice cubes.
PREPARACIÓN:
- Para comenzar a preparar el jugo debemos lavarnos las manos y las ciruelas con bastante agua,
- Despegar de la ciruela la concha y sacar la semilla aparte.
- Batir con un batidor hasta sacar toda la pulpa que tienen la semilla.
PREPARATION:
- To start preparing the juice we must wash our hands and plums with plenty of water,
- Peel the plums from the shell and remove the seeds separately.
- Beat with a whisk until all the pulp that has the seed is removed.
- Ahora colocar la cáscara con agua en la licuadora y licuar.
- Now place the shell with water in the blender and blend.
- Luego cuele el líquido, agregue azúcar y revuelva con el batidor.
- Then strain the liquid, add sugar and stir with a whisk.
- Ahora agregamos el jugo de limón , con estos dos sabores cítricos mejora la digestión. El limón es opcional.

Aquí el resultado final del delicioso jugo de ciruelas, acompañado con hielo , bien frío.

Se parece al jovito! Le acabo de preguntar una tía y me dijo que hay ciruela amarilla y jovito. Siempre pense que eran lo mismo 🙃 gracias por la receta!!! 🥰
Si, se parece a jovito, pero son diferentes, los dos son amarillos, pero me atrevo a decir que la ciruela es más jugosa y más sabrosa que el jovito. Es cierto lo que dijo tu tía. No, tienen sabores diferentes. Las ciruelas amarillas son más jugosas que las rojas. Y el jugo sabe mejor. Aunque son refrescante s los dos jugos. Gracias a ti por visitar mi blog, muchas bendiciones.
