Tiene algún nombre esta bebida? Me la voh a hacer, me gusta mucho consunir yogurt, y esta receta me pareció interesante.

Y lo del ajo parece loquisimo porque nunca habia visto una bebida con ajo pero tiene tantas ñropiedades positivas que no me queda duda de que la abuela sabía sus razones para utilizarlo jeje.

    Hola @karmadorje me alegro que te haya gustado la receta, el ajo le da un toque completamente distinto a lo que pudiéramos llamar un jugo o batido, y en su distinción es sabroso.

    No se me ocurrió preguntar por el nombre, pero en lo que te leí metí los ingredientes en el buscador y encontré este muy similar 😊

    Hi @karmadorje glad you liked the recipe, the garlic gives it a completely different touch to what we could call a juice or smoothie, and in its distinction it is tasty.

    I didn't think to ask for the name, but as soon as I read you I put the ingredients in the search engine and found this very similar 😊
