How are you today, I hope you are fine wherever you are, this time I want to join all my friends in the extraordinary community of drink lovers, and this time I want to make Spinach juice with the most beneficial properties for our body.
At first I didn't have the idea to make this, suddenly I was playing on my cellphone and saw a post about spinach juice with its benefits, because I had a stock of spinach that my sister gave me, Intend to process it.
This spinach is the vegetable that many people like the most. Karan is easy to process and is very useful for women. This spinach is usually made into a side dish for meals but today I made this to be a nutritious drink.
Then the benefits of spinach or spinach juice include :
1.Prevents anemia
For sufferers of red blood cell deficiency or anemis, this is very suitable, because spinach juice contains high levels of iron which can reduce the risk of anemia.
2.Help Taking care of your eyesight
Consuming spinach regularly every day can improve your eyesight because it contains Beta carotene,Lutein,zeaxanthin.
3. Control diabetes
This spinach juice contains a lot of antioxidants and can reduce the symptoms of diabetes,Mainly contains alpha lipoic acid Which can help Increases insulin levels in the body.
Here are some steps I took to make spinach juice :
- Spinach 1 bunch
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- 100ml water
First, I just took part of the leaves for my blender, and I soaked it in water for a while and it was clean.
Then after cleaning it, put it in a blender, add sugar and water to the fine waste blender, after blending we strain it and then serve it.
These are some of the benefits of spinach juice that I explained, and there are many more benefits from spinach, hopefully we will all be given abundant health and kept away from all diseases.
