Today I prepared a drink for the first time in my life with a tropical fruit that has many properties and vitamins; Lulo or naranjilla has vitamin C, effective as a diuretic and for cholesterol. It is similar to tomato and is very acidic but adding a little sugar gives it a flavor between pineapple, passion fruit and guava, I loved it and I will continue taking it, here I show you the recipe and preparation. Recommended in juice, it is very refreshing. I hope you like it and enjoy it.

Hoy preparé una bebida por primera vez en mi vida con una fruta tropical que tiene muchas propiedades y vitaminas; el lulo o naranjilla posee vitamina C, efectiva como diurético y para el colesterol. Es parecido al tomate y es muy ácida pero al agregar un poco de azúcar le da un sabor entre piña, parchita y guayaba, me encantó y la seguiré tomando, aquí les muestro la receta y preparación. Recomendada en jugo es muy refrescante. Espero les guste y la disfruten.

- 3 lulos (naranjilla) fruit, 1/2 cup of sugar, 1 liter of water.
- 3 lulos (naranjilla), 1/2 taza de azúcar, 1 litro de agua.

- We wash and cut in half.
- Lavamos y cortamos a la mitad.
- With the help of a spoon we remove the pulp.
- Con ayuda de una cucharilla sacamos la pulpa.
- We place the pulp on a plate.
- Colocamos en un plato la pulpa.
- We add the liter of water to the blender and add the lulo pulp.
- Añadimos el litro de agua a la licuadora y agregamos la pulpa del lulo.
- Add 1/2 cup of sugar.
- Incorporamos la 1/2 taza de azúcar.
- Blend for 1 minute.
- Licuamos por 1 minuto.
- We strain the seeds.
- Colamos las semillas.
- Add to the jar and refrigerate for 1 hour or serve with ice.
- Agregamos a la jarra y refrigeramos por 1 hora o servimos con hielo.

Es muy curiosa esta fruta, y me da mucha intriga esa mezcla de sabores que describes, debe saber espectacular ♥
Si @estefania3, tiene un sabor agradable al paladar, es acidita pero al agregar azucar al gusto su sabor es algo curioso, entre parchita, piña y guayaba, ese fue el sabor que me dio. Aparte los beneficios que tiene. Feliz día.
