Started out as one of those bleak autumn days. Windy all night and showers of rain. Was up in the early hours battening down the hatches as the wind grew. Makes for an at home day.
Did grab the umbrella and a chance of sry to walk a loop - down to the river and loop back to Bowlo for a beer. Rainbow across our estate is a good omen

Homes for sale a common sight here, has been for the last five years! Many on the move not sure where, often the Western Cape or out the country.
Banksia are a beautiful bloom, hibiscus in full flower this side of the pond as well, have a great day.
When we first looked in Shoalhaven Heads there were no houses available. A few rate rises and people are selling - probably not under pressure reasons but to grab the profits ahead of a correction. Plenty of scope to take profits and move a bit further down the coast or find an apartment
Fixing and selling a good way to spin money, it looks a lovely place to stay.
