My Activity
yesterday (since I'm writing this the following day) was mainly from helping a relative get some medical care. That took a big part of my day, but family is important and we need to care for our relatives.
I did get my nightly walk in. It wasn't very long as you can see from my actifit activity number. Maybe I'll take a longer walk tonight if I have the time. Check in with me later or whenever I get my next post out on here.
