I did a bunch of yard work today and mowed the grass. It was so thick that I was a bit tired by the time I finished the edging. I almost drained both of my batteries, and that hardly ever happens when mowing. Next time, I'll sharpen the mower blades up a bit so the mower cuts better.
The grass really grows this time of year. I think it will slow down a lot when it gets hotter and does not rain as much.

It looks like the world is upside down, but maybe the Koi think it looks rightside up.

I used to have pet Koi fish, but they were in a large aquarium. They did well, but we moved and I had to give them away. I didn't think they'd make a 1200+ mile trip from Colorado to Washington state!

I always like stopping by to see the garden on the way back and forth. The lighting was very nice in the morning. I did have a wonderful trip and it was great to catch up with my mom and brother.

Good afternoon and best wishes to us today. I turned my smartphone over to take a closer look at the image and apparently it was a reflection in the water.
The grass enjoys growing faster and quicker during the rainy season and this is the time; that is why it was tedious for you. I hope you later sharpen the blades to ease the work.
The waters are so clear that the image of the reflection looks like a real scene. It's been great.
ha ha ... At first, from the outside I thought "oh no, wonder if you realize your photo went in upside down", then I open and see it is a reflection. It is a very clear reflection for sure.

I was a little dizzy looking at the kio pool upside down, I thought it was true or real, and I think this might be an upside-down camera 😄
