Normally the ducks always run away quickly when you come closer, shy and anxious as they are. But in this case they can't do that so easily as the babies are obviously still completely unconcerned and so mom and dad duck stay very close to the little ones and watch me very closely with looks that say: "Don't even think about it or we'll jump in your face and beak your eyes out! Photos are ok, but that's all!". All's well, I thought to myself in my morning mood, took a few pictures, wished the family a relaxing day and went my way calmly, without frantic, frightening movements, and was happy about the nice encounter.
