My Actifit Report Card: January 22 2023

Sunday, lazy Sunday 🤪
Ok, it wasn't completely lazy. I have walked enough to reach my 10,000 steps.
But I admit it, I didn't get much further. It was bitterly cold outside and so cozy inside, watching Netflix together with the wife ... no walk can compete with that.

All in all, not too bad a week. I didn't hit all my targets every day, but taking into account the bad winter weather, wet cold and sometimes snow, I haven't done too badly.

Wonder what next week will bring...
