Saludos amigos de la comunidad Actifit espero que se encuentren bien el día de hoy! Les traigo parte de mi entrenamiento de plancha en el parque metropolitano. El día de hoy para poder completar mis 5k pasos en Actifit estuve todo el día caminando, por ejemplo fui a la universidad a pie, fui a casa de mi novia a pie y en el transcurso del entrenamiento de plancha iba caminando y así poco a poco fui completando los pasos, con respecto al entrenamiento todo estuvo bastante bien aunque aún un me siento un poco fatigado de las rutinas pero seguimos con todo! 🙌🏽.

Greetings friends of the Actifit I hope you are feeling well! I bring you part of my plank training in the metropolitan park. Today in order to complete my 5k steps in Actifit I was walking all day, for example I went to the university on foot, I went to my girlfriend's house on foot and in the course of the plank training I was walking and so little by little I was completing the steps, regarding the training everything was pretty good although I still feel a little fatigued from the routines but we continue with everything! 🙌🏽.
