Hey Actifit Frens! The end of another epic day in my life. Today I got in a ton of steps by going for a walk at lunch with my dog and it was a very long walk so I got a lot of steps in that way. The rest of the steps came because I was walking around the office and working or walking around my house and taking care of kids, high high intensity workout I was being lazy and tired.
