What essential ideals do you Incorporate into your life to ensure you achieve happiness in easy ways?

Happiness is a way of being extremely glad. It is something you alone can give to yourself because happiness is free. According to the bible,Pro 17verse22, it says a merry heart is like a medicine into the heart but a sorrowful heart is a like a death. If you cannot be happy for once, why not think about you having life in you, being hale and heathy, living a life that pleases you🤔🤔

I went to check on a friend who has been lying down sick in the hospital for a while now, where I sat was another human on the bed shouting for help, she was already tired, the pain she was feeling was too much and she wanted to die🤔 Another soul was on the bed while her flesh was removing with bedsheets, no one can hold her because the sore was just too much😢All taught me to give gratitude to God always.

Here are my few ideals towards happiness

Sleeping and waking up each day is a state of being happy. The ideal ways of making myself happy is first by APPRECIATING GOD for who he is, aknowledging and giving gratitude to God over the things I have can effect my happiness. I don't have to murmur of the things I lack or want. Appreciating God is an application for more.

What keeps my day going on daily basis is the **REAL ME **, cultivating the idea of being true to myself and acting in alignment with my values, beliefs, and passions brings a sense of fulfillment and happiness to me while embracing my uniqueness and not succumbing to societal pressures or expectations because I'm not in a competition with anyone.

Another thing is POSITIVITY Each I wake up, I have this words of positivity that I usually speak into my life and it has helped me in so many ways to perceive and approach life in different dimensions. I can see my challenges and fear as an avenue for growth, adaptability and engage in things that can foster my happiness.

Also, Engaging in a little acts of kindness towards others has been helpful towards my happiness. I don't have to live big or act wealthy before I can extend my ACTS OF KINDNESS. It can be through small acts of generosity, volunteering, or offering a helping hand towards people around me. This alone contributes to my overall happiness and total well being. I get fulfilled👌

I also engage in SELF CARE PRACTICES. This is very crucial for happiness. Taking care of your physical, emotional, and mental well-being through activities such as socialising, exercise, enough sleep, pursuing hobbies, and practicing self-compassion helps recharge and rejuvenate, leading to increased happiness and life satisfaction.

Adopting STRESS FREE LIFESTYLE is another idea into my happiness. I prioritize a stress free life more than anything on this life as stress to health is dangerous and this is helping me to embrace optimism,know myself more and develop a deeper connection with myself and others around me leading to increased happiness.

Working with MY TO-DO-LIST is another ideal for my happiness. Having a sense of what to do on a daily basis has been helpful and it is linked to higher levels of my happiness. Pursuing my targeted goals, alligning with my principles and values without compromise has a way of contributing to my easy way of living, fulfillment, and satisfaction.

Finally, PEOPLE WITH POSITIVE MINDSET The ideal of having friends with positive mindset is a way of building healthy and meaningful relationships towards happiness. Surrounding myself with supportive and positive individuals who can uplift me, and share similar values is a way of enhancing my overall well-being and happiness. I don't just move with people, I observe to see what we can both gain from eachother,if not no relationship. Choose your friends wisely
