RE: COMMUNITY RULES UPDATE for PHOTOGRAPHY LOVERS

in Photography Loverslast year

Don't be sorry for asking! That's why i made this post was so that things would be announced in advance and so that questions could be answered.

An 'active' user on Steem/Blurt would be someone actively posting, commenting, reblogging, or actively taking rewards in their wallets and wallet activity.

Everyone old enough on Hive has a Steem account. It doesn't matter if someone has rewards over there and leaves them in their inactive wallets... or draws out all their assets and liquidates into other financial positions. Nobody has to convert it to Hive or HBD... but, that is what i would do with mine and power it up here! But, what one does with their rewards or money over on B&S is their own business.

This 'amnesty' time period in Photography Lovers is to give everyone enough time to decide and then move their assets wherever they want.... or not. But once amnesty is over... then it will be a zero tolerance policy for Active users over there for subscribers in this community on Hive only (unless there is a very extenuating circumstance that deserves to be acommodated).

I hope this made sense. From what i could see you aren't active on either and have a tiny bit of Steem or Steem Power you could power down and liquidate. But it's up to you. If you did nothing you would still be within our new policy and would have nothing to worry about. If you want to take your Steem and move it out... now is the time to do that. Amnesty will be ongoing for a while since it takes time to power down and extract etc. Cheers!

Thank you for answering...
Yeah, you were right I have some Steem Power there and it is no longer active after 4 months ago.
I'm just afraid Hive still thinks I'm an active user there and affects everything here, I'm also starting to think about the process of liquidating some of my Steem Power there for the response from this Amnesty period.
Anyway, thanks a lot for the explanation Chief, i'am very appreciate it, Cheers!

Yeah, it can be confusing, especially for those that weren't around for the Split from Steem to HIVE. So, you can liquidate or just leave it inactive. I would take my stake in Steem and get whatever i could for it while that is an option. But, since it's a little amount i don't know if it's worth the trouble for you to do it. Either way, don't worry... it sounds like you chose Hive and you are welcome in the Photography Lovers Community. Cheers!

Well, however i'm the one of Hive user now, so i need to choose my side now, i'm build my own to Hive user from a year ago until now, it was not a easy trip, and i'm not gonna waste it.
Thanks for all explanation, nice to make a little conversation with you, and i really appreciate it. Cheers!

Yes, i know how first-hand how difficult it is to grow your account and following here. By dropping the other places and just using Hive, you will have more focus to just one place (which Hive has many different avenues within the ecosystem) to focus your effort and it will make for better quality use of your time and hopefully translate into your posts. You will definitely find it easier to get better rewards if you aren't active over there! Good to chat with you too and i know i will be seeing you around.

Very big thank you for any help, i don't know how to pay it, but god will pay forward your kindness.
Thank you for everything. 🙏

Just keep on doing a great job and we can both pay it forward and our reward isn't in this world anyhow. But, our Hive rewards and community can and will, all grow together! You are welcome, and thank you.
