Eating out with friends is always a wonderful experience, and that's what I got to enjoy with my college buddies Deepanshu, Vaibhav, Preeti, Vibhuti, and Khushi. We decided to go to a restaurant near our college, and there we ordered some of our favorite Chinese dishes - chilli potato, Manchurian, and Szechuan noodles

Chilli potato is a popular appetizer in many Chinese restaurants. The dish is made by deep-frying potato cubes until they are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The potato cubes are then tossed in a spicy sauce made from chili paste, soy sauce, and vinegar. The sauce has a sweet and sour flavor that pairs well with the crispy texture of the potatoes. The dish is usually garnished with spring onions and sesame seeds, which add a nice crunch to the dish.

Manchurian is another popular Chinese dish that we ordered. It is a vegetarian dish that is made by deep-frying vegetable balls and then tossing them in a spicy sauce made from garlic, ginger, green chilies, and soy sauce. The dish has a unique blend of flavors that come from the different spices and sauces used in the recipe. The vegetable balls are usually made from cabbage, carrots, and bell peppers, which add a nice crunch to the dish.

Szechuan noodles are a classic Chinese dish that is loved by many. The dish is made by stir-frying egg noodles with a spicy sauce made from Szechuan peppercorns, garlic, ginger, and soy sauce. The dish has a bold and spicy flavor that is sure to tantalize your taste buds. The noodles are usually garnished with vegetables such as carrots, bell peppers, and onions, which add a nice crunch to the dish.

All the dishes we ordered were well-cooked and had the right balance of flavors. The chilli potato had a crispy texture that blended well with the sweet and sour sauce. The Manchurian balls had a perfect crunch on the outside and a soft texture on the inside. The Szechuan noodles had a spicy and bold flavor that was perfectly balanced with the vegetables.

As we were enjoying our food we were also discussing how these dishes were introduced in India and became so popular. Chinese cuisine has been popular in India for a long time, and it is believed that the first Chinese restaurant in India was opened in Kolkata in the early 20th century Since then Chinese cuisine has become an integral part of Indian cuisine and many Indian-Chinese dishes have emerged which are not found anywhere else in the world.

Our evening spent at the restaurant was a wonderful experience. We enjoyed our food and had a great time catching up with each other. The chilli potato, Manchurian, and Szechuan noodles were all delicious, and we would definitely recommend them to anyone who loves Chinese cuisine. If you haven't tried them yet we would highly recommend that you do so we hope that you enjoyed reading about our dining experience and have gained some insight into the world of Chinese cuisine

I am feeling very delightful while I am sharing these pictures with my HIVE family

Chinese food is delicious for sure! The sad part about it can be the chemical monosodium glutamate that’s in so much of it but it tastes great lol

You are right !PGM
