Lavender tea,wow! That's new to me, to think it aids having a good sleep, I thought most people should be aware of this, but I guess it's because we don't get see much around here.

I know!! Lavender tea was new to me last year, even though I have lavender growing here. Many people who have Lavender growing near them don't know. I was surprised learning not all the tea is drinkable, only the culinary lavender. I know, it makes sense!
