They have lavender everything, they would not be able to escape the tea! :) Lavender is safe for tea, but not all should be consumed. I use English. Fresh or dried blossoms work. It carries a subtle floral flavor on the finish of your sip.

Quick and easy: pour 1 cup (250 ml) of water over 1/2 teaspoon of loose lavender buds letting it steep for a few minutes. I sometimes put a little honey in it!
