Hoy les quiero contar acerca de mi experiencia de fin de semana cuidando a mis sobrinitos, dos bellos perritos que solo tienen en común ser muy cariñosos y apegados a su familiares, ellos desde el principio estaban un poco tristes y distraídos a pesar de que nos llevamos muy bien, pero se notaba que extrañaban a sus mamis, lo cual me daba una lástima terrible, tanta como el hecho de haber tenido que dejar a mi niña al cuidado de su papá, pero como ya saben por mi publicación anterior Link, suelo ser muy obsesiva con su atención y eso le ha provocado una terrible ansiedad por mi persona.
También pudo haber sido una excelente oportunidad para que se hubiera divertido de lo lindo con sus primos, pero como toda chihuahua gruñona es muy posesiva y no soporta que nadie, absolutamente nadie canino se relacione conmigo en su presencia, y eso me disgusta mucho, porque se limita ella misma para ser feliz junto con otros iguales.
Así es que decidí dejarla en casa , y me despidió en la puerta sin entender por qué su mami no la llevaba en este viaje, con esa expresión de niña abandonada que solo ella sabe ponerme : ¿Qué haces?, llévame contigo, ¡mi papá no me cuida como tú! (llora para conmoverme)

So I decided to leave her at home, and she said goodbye to me at the door without understanding why her mommy didn't take her on this trip, with that expression of an abandoned child that only she knows how to give me: What are you doing, take me with you, my daddy doesn't take care of me like you do! Pues bien, les presento a Neo y a la Negrí. Son preciosos y sobre todo muy cariñosos. La Negrí tiene ya 8 años, y es una perrita criolla o sata, como decimos aquí a los perros que no son de raza, así es que es una adulta mayor pero sigue siendo muy noble y sobre todo tímida, después de tantos años es que ella se me acerca y me pide que la acaricie poniendo su cabeza entre mis piernas, también juega con mis pies imitando una mordida que nunca me da, y cuando yo me como alguna chuchería me mira con mucha humildad y sus ojitos tristes pero nunca viene a pedirme, suelo ser yo misma quien la persigue para invitarla a que tome el dulce y lo disfrute.
La Negrí tiene el pelo corto y negro, y si no fuera porque le gusta recostarse en la tierra, tuviese mucho más brillo en su pelaje, está operada de un tumor benigno, lo tenía insertado entre la parte superior de su cola hasta la región inguinal y estaba muy grande, pero gracias a unos buenos veterinarios todo salió bien. Ella ahora tiene mejor calidad de vida y se le nota muy feliz y tranquila, excepto cuando alguien desconocido se acerca a la casa, entonces se transforma en una pantera protegiendo a su familia, eso me dio mucha tranquilidad durante la noche.

Recuerdo la última vez que llevé a mi Chloe a la casa de mi hermana, mi nena se portó muy mal con la Negrí, estaba todo el tiempo gruñéndole y atacándola, ¿se imaginan? ¿Una perrita mínima ladrando y atacando a una perrita grande, 5 veces su tamaño? I remember the last time I took my Chloe to my sister's house, my baby behaved very badly with the Negrí, she was all the time growling and attacking her, can you imagine, a small dog barking and attacking a big dog, 5 times her size? No, there is no way to tolerate such a bad temper, Negrí got tired of it and kneed her hard against the floor, and it seems that Chloe got scared (at last) with the big white fangs she was shown and all day long she looked at her more... Negrí came running and asked me for caresses -forgive me aunt, but the cousin is unbearable-.
Neo, el menor de mis sobrinos, es todo un personaje, pero mejor te cuento cómo llegó a la familia.
El bebé de mi hermanita tiene apenas 8 meses, hijo de una pekines y un ratonero, parece que puede ser una mezcla explosiva, pero proporcionalmente cariñoso. Nunca lo limitó su discapacidad motora para correr y reír como todo un perrito loco, hoy es súper activo y muy fuerte.Logró levantarse y caminar a su manera, ¡es todo un vencedor!

Pero los animalitos saben, tienen sentimientos muy fuertes y ellos extrañan a sus dueños, por eso cuando mi hermana y su mamá regresaron los brincos y ladridos de alegría fueron muy grandes, me contagiaron con amor y sentí envidia de verlos así tan felices por estar nuevamente con sus mamas, sobre todo Neo, que en muchas ocasiones lo vi al lado del portón oliendo el aire y con una sensación de nostalgia en su rostro.
Pero al final, los cuidé con mis más sinceras ganas de que se sintieran bien durante mi estancia y lo logré con mi corazón.
Sí mi Chloe no fuera tan Grinch hubiese sido perfecto.
