It was the first time I heard about Carib DAO.
If any accounts are downvoted or blacklisted, it is because they engaged in fraudulent/abusive activity.
I am sure that you have checked the comments that we leave on accounts that engaged in abuse so you probably know the reason.
It is the responsibility of the onboarder to make sure that the accounts that are onboarded will not commit any abuse of Hive or fraud. And also onboarder's responsibility to do due diligence.
When you invite your acquaintances who are strangers to some place, do you make sure that they will follow the values and guidelines of that place, or do you just let them do whatever they want? And take no responsibility and accountability?
By the way, which accounts are you referring to?
