As you said this is indeed a loong post.But I just read every word of it coz I have been through the same too.Eventhough I didn't change continents ,I know how it it.Here in India just changing the states can put you through lots of adjustment.The food,climate,language and everything apart from the culture shock.But as time flies by you become one of them.So wishing you all the luck.Be happy always.😊
