Since Google and Check Point warn of the existence of a bug that causes certain apps and games to include pornographic ads and other types of malware
During the last hours Google has removed up to 60 video games from the Play Store after checking, thanks to the computer security company Check Point, the existence of a bug that caused these applications to display pornographic ads. For more inri, some of these videojuegos had surpassed the million discharges and an immense majority were titles directed towards the infantile public like McQueen Car Racing Game, game based on the saga Cars, in charge of Pixar and Disney.
Apparently, from Check Point claim that the corrupt application related to the bug is called Adult Swine and, with the code already installed on your phone, just unlock it to start infecting our applications. Thus, several users have reported the existence of the mentioned pornographic ads as well as the, also typical, false banners that seek the user to enter their phone number, announce the false victory in a supposed draw or warn of the existence of a virus that must be eliminated. In short, classic malware.
From Google say they have taken appropriate action and, for their part, from Check Point have published a list of applications affected by the aforementioned bug. There are many video games and free applications for mobile whose main source of income lies in the ads shown between games.
