The truth about life is that the earlier you retire the more easily life becomes for you because you will be able to look after your body, you will be able to look after your health, and most importantly you will be able to think well and make better decisions. Early retirement can easily make us a better person because the mental clarity will Be there and we will also have the time to spend with our family but most people don't consider it.
Retiring early only means one thing which is you have worked so much at your young age to acquire a lot but most people only care about the comfort at their young age and not the rapid growth. How many young people have multiple jobs as a side hustle that pays them? We have the opportunity to do but we don't always do and that is the time we have the strength to stack up this money and invest them.
I know places like Africa where to secure a job is a war let alone multiple jobs but we have advanced countries where you can have 3 to 4 jobs with ease and make cool cash and direct this extra money into an investment plan and 10-15 year's you are probably financially free. Even in Africa now things are already getting better where you get a job now you can go online and learn digital skills and that might give you extra income and build from there.
The best time to build our money is when we have the power and when we have little to no medical condition stopping us from reaching our potential because the more we grow older we become less active. Retiring at an early stage makes us a better person and we can do that by planning early when our mates our partying, giving excuses not to work, or playing video games we are out stacking up and investing.

I agree that health is important and I wouldn't mind retiring early if I could. It's tough though because things don't play out the way we expect it.
In Nigeria here, retirement is for older people as sometimes, these people want to work until their health is in danger and they can no longer offer any form of efficiency to their jobs. Retiring early like you said is really good.
We have so many people like that in Nigeria that live till they are old and now struggle at the end of their life
Retiring early is something that many people aim for. With the digital age, it has become more achievable. I think working harder and smarter now to enjoy the rewards later is a good bet to make. Our health could deteriorate faster when we start getting old but still working to earn a living.
