A few days back, I met with a seller to close a deal. He was selling a gaming headset at a good price but he required that I had to collect it from his house. It’s located near the Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park which is a nice place so I decided to confirm the deal. It’s so nice that there is a place like this in the center of the city. If I’m a resident in this area then I will be fond of it too. It’s a good place to go for a walk, jog, and play with your pets as well.
From the Bishan MRT, it would take about 15 minutes of walk to reach one of the entrances of the park.
Since the place where I’m about to go to meet the seller is located near the other side of the park,I took the bus instead.
It seems that the Bishan area is a mixture of residential houses and towering condominium buildings. There’s a feeling of sub urban lifestyle and modernity going on.
As soon as I reach the meet up place, I took a glimpse of the park from the entrance. I like this kind of environment because it feels like there’s a space where people can take a break from the city lifestyle and be immersed with the feeling of serenity brought by nature.
What’s amazing about this place is that the animals are freely wandering around and forage for food. I saw a group of chickens and pigeons that are scouring the soil in search for worms and grubs. It’s so cool!
