Recent past we have much talked about migrants workers of their returns to their respective native place. Very few able to teturn at their destination with help of state government but majority are not. Most of the workers started on foot and some cases with wife small children. It is really pathetic seen to see specifically when scorching on top of the head in May.Just to walk 500- 700 km and sometime even more. It is in human and at same time it is hazards on the way. Due to lockdown availability of food on the is very remote chance. Those who are physically weak it really difficult for them, some of them died on the way.
It is really difficult to understand even after so many days of lockdown is over not any concrete decision was taken by Central Government not even by States Government. We all had seen gathering at Delhi, at Gujrat, at Mumbai and many other places but why given impotance by our Central Government, why not any formulated any policy do that all migrants labourers could even back to their own native place.

According to me this is not the time to do politics, absolute co ordination is required between Central Government with all states. Our priority must to our country men , they are valuable resources fo the country. China is not our friendly country but we have to learn many things from them, specifically to love own country, citizens of china are resource for their country, China utilise them efficiently and effectively. People of China are disciplined and obey Government 's order. They able to control pandemic covit 19 very efficiently inspide the No.1 populated country.
Our country is second largest populated country in the world, we have take care of them, we should consider them as an asset of the country not as liability. Most of the migrant labourers are engaged in different Industry and contributes their skilled labour results quality productivity and company gsins out of that.
We can give an example people of West Bengal specifically from Midnapur district they skilled labour for making of ornaments, jewelry works, most of them working Maharashtra, Mumbai. Similarly people of different different areas are specialized and they are called for work. Absence of those workers company cannot able to produce quality products results low growth and low GDP for the country.
So it is absolutely necessary to look after migrant workers, to look sfter their welfare, education for their children etc. etc.
We all know that they are not the Vote bank of that State where they are working, but at same time we should not forget they are revenue earners for the Company, for the State and overall for the country as a whole.
It is our moral responsibility to look after them. They must have faced many problems, must have many reasons to leave the working place with whole family. If they could have all facilities like food, shelter and money, they would not flee from there workin place.
This is my suggestion that please be more human, we should pay more attention to them we cannot afford to loose them by any means.
