Hi. AtomicHub.io on wax is by far the simplest and cheapest to mint nfts. You can mint a couple for free. I wrote a little piece at https://nefties.com/start Phantasma chain is very simple as well. Also has the neat ability to embed hidden info that only the NFT buyer sees.
