Hi Friends!
I spent a week with my family in Croatia. The beginning of May is a perfect time to go there in my opinion - the weather is warm already but not too hot for any activities outdoor, water in Adriatic Sea is warm enough to swim - perfect refreshing bathing... and what is the most important - there is still not so many people as in the main summer season.

We hired a car and travelled around Trogir where we stayed visiting nearby towns, beaches and mountain areas.
Trogir itself is a beautiful place with one of the most beautiful Old Towns I have seen.
We also visited places like Omis, Sybenik, Krka National Park and few others.
We had many more plans for traveling to Dubrovnik for example, but it was a long ride and my son didn't feel well when we travelled by car on the narrow, winding roads in the mountains and by the shore... so we had to make a plan "minimum" - but it was great anyway.
During the next posts I will try to share our experiences and photos from this trip.

This is just an announcement for now - we came back yesterday and I have a lot of work selecting the photo material and post editing pictures.
It was a great time with my family - my wife, son and my parents. My parents never been to any of Mediterranean countries before so it was a pleasure to see how they react to the desert-like landscape, totally different nature, the color of the sea, different food and other stuff which they didn't see and know before...

Exploring Croatia is something I would have enjoyed, lovely little towns relatively empty of tourists during out of season.
