¡Hello Hive community!
New things are happening. They are changing a lot all of a sudden, it's like a very strong wave of emotions where we are trying to do the best we can and I think it's going very well!
The truth is that a month ago we had the opportunity to make an event like many others with the particularity that this time, who knocked on our door to talk to us was a very big personality of the country. For us it was quite an event even though we had already done big events even bigger in magnitude of people and also for famous personalities. But this job brought us the opportunity to be seen by a layer of people who didn't have us on their radar.
After this event we started getting calls from a different echelon of people and had to pull back a bit to reorganize the structure from the innermost part of our company. We got together with my partner and asked ourselves what we wanted to do with what was happening, if we wanted to take the next step, if we wanted to raise our level and become even more professional. We agreed on everything and luckily we were both looking forward to a new adventure so we aligned our goals both with the company and our personal goals.
From there we had to hire a new team of staff, that we did not know completely, so we had not had previous work with any of them, we only had good references and we had to start with tests on the events. We started working with them in small, not so important events and the usual consolidated team with which we have always had so many joys, so we came testing. It was a process where we had to adapt with twice as many people in production but a very small space, there was a lot of love and a lot of good vibes, because these are things that generate discomfort and the truth is that I realized that we had a team that I am immensely proud of. Because this is a team that we all put together between me and my partner, first of all, by taking down the line of work and then all the guys contributing and paying with all this that makes us have a beautiful team of pseudo-friendship.
These photos are from one of the most coquettish spaces in the city of Buenos Aires where the events that take place here are political, artistic and personalities that are in preferential places. Today we are constantly being chosen to work and we keep improving to do better and better work and continue at this level. We are giving a lot of work to many people. I think we have one of the best work environments and it may sound ridiculous that I say this because I am the owner, but I sincerely believe that this is the air we breathe. We were fortunate to raise everyone's salaries a lot and to give some benefits to everyone, people don't only live on good vibes.
So we are going through one of the strongest, most changing and learning moments of our life in this company. I am very grateful for this and for everything that life gives me, that's why I wanted to share it. Clearly I can't upload anything of the event because they are very private, but I can upload the place, which is beautiful.

¡Hola comunidad de Hive!
Están pasando cosas nuevas. Están cambiando mucho de pronto, es como una oleada muy fuerte de emociones en donde estamos intentando llevar las cosas lo mejor que podemos y creo que va muy bien!
Lo cierto es que hace un mes atrás tuvimos la oportunidad de hacer un evento como tantos otros con la particularidad de que esta vez, quien tocó nuestra puerta para hablar con nosotros fue una personalidad muy grande del país. Para nosotros fue todo un acontecimiento aunque ya habíamos hecho eventos grandes incluso más grandes en magnitud de gente y también para personalidades famosas. Pero este trabajo nos trajo la oportunidad de ser vistos por una capa de gente que no nos tenía en su radar.
Después de este evento empezamos a recibir llamados de un escalón diferente de personas y tuvimos que replegarse un poco para reorganizar la estructura desde lo más íntimo de nuestra empresa. Nos juntamos con mi socio y nos planteamos que queríamos hacer con esto que estaba pasando, si nos animabamos a dar un siguiente paso, si queremos subir nuestro nivel y ponernos aún más finos con nuestro profesionalismo. Nos pusimos de acuerdo en todo y por suerte los dos teníamos ganas de una aventura nueva así que alineamos nuestros objetivos tanto con la empresa como personales.
A Partir de ahí tuvimos que contratar un equipo de personal nuevo, que desconocemos completamente osea que no habíamos tenido trabajos previos junto con ninguno de ellos, solamente teníamos buenas referencias y tuvimos que arrancar con pruebas sobre los eventos. Empezamos trabajando con ellos en eventos chicos no tan importantes y el equipo de siempre ya consolidado de siempre con el que tenemos tantas alegrías, entonces venimos probando. Fue un proceso en donde tuvimos que adaptarnos con el doble de personas en producción pero un espacio muy pequeño hubo mucho amor y mucha buena onda la verdad, porque son cosas que generan incomodidad y la verdad me di cuenta que teníamos un equipo del que me enorgullece inmensamente. Porque esto es un equipo que armamos entre todos entre mi socio y yo primero bajando la línea de trabajo y después todos los chicos aportando y abonando con todo esto que hace que tengamos un equipo de pseudo amistad hermoso.
Estas fotos son de uno de los espacios más coquetos de la ciudad de Buenos Aires en donde los eventos que se hacen acá son políticos, artísticos y de personalidades que están en lugares preferenciales. Hoy nos están eligiendo constantemente para trabajar y seguimos mejorando para cada vez hacer mejores laburos y seguir en este nivel. Estamos dando mucho trabajo a muchas personas. Creo que tenemos uno de los mejores ambientes laborales y puede sonar ridículo que lo digo yo por ser el dueño, pero sinceramente creo que es el aire que se respira. Tuvimos la suerte de aumentar mucho los sueldos a todos y de dar algunos beneficios para todos, no solamente de buena onda vive la gente.
Así que estamos atravesando uno de los momentos más fuertes, cambiantes y de aprendizaje de nuestra vida en esta empresa. Estoy muy agradecido de esto y de todo lo que me da la vida, por eso quería compartirlo. Claramente del evento no puedo subir nada porque son muy privados, pero sí del lugar que es bellísimo.
