Boudin blanc au chou

Salut à tous,

une recette simple de boudin blanc avec du chou rouge et des pommes au four.

Emincer le chou et le faire compoter pendant plus d'une heure avec des épices comme du cumin, des baies de genièvre.

Mouiller régulièrement avec du vin blanc pour éviter qu'il n'attache.

Prendre de pommes fruits, les couper en deux et enlever le trognon. Les faire cuire au four avec une noix de beurre et de la cannelle.

Faire griller les boudins et dresser votre assiette.
