Boulettes à l'italienne

Des boulettes de viande avec un plat de pâtes.

De la farce aux 3 viandes, de la coriandre, de l'oignon, des tomates séchées et des herbes de Provence.

Pour accompagner faire un concassé de tomates.

Hacher l'oignon et la coriandre, couper les tomates séchées. Bien mélanger avec la farce et les herbes de Provence. Former des boulettes et les rouler dans de la panure.

Arroser d'huile d'olive et mettre à cuire au four pendant 25 minutes.

Faire cuire des pâtes.

Servir les boulettes sur les pates et le concassé de tomates.
