Calamars basquaise

Salut à tous, des calamars à la Basquaise avec du riz.

Il faut des calamars, de l'oignon, du poivron, des tomates, de l'ail et des herbes de Provence.

Faire blanchir 5 minutes les calamars dans de l'eau bouillante.

Pendant ce temps couper les poivrons, tomates, oignons, hacher l'ail.

Faire revenir les calamars une fois égouttés avec de l'huile d'olive et des herbes de Provence.

Ajouter les légumes et l'ail et laisser mijoter à couvert pendant 15 minutes. Rajouter un peu d'eau si nécessaire pendant la cuisson.

Servir avec du riz créole.
