Feuilleté au boudin noir

Salut à tous, pour manger du boudin noir de façon différente.

Il faut de la pâte feuilletée, des pommes de terre cuites, du boudin, une pomme fruit et des oignons caramélisés.

Enlever la peau du boudin et mélanger avec la pomme fruit coupée en dés et les oignons caramélisés.

Sur un rouleau de pâte feuilletée déposer des tranches de pomme de terre cuites et la farce de boudin.

Remettre une couche de pomme de terre et refermer le feuilletée.

Faire cuire au four entre 35 et 40 minutes et c'est prêt.
