Feuilleté au chorizo

Salut à tous, un feuilleté avec de la viande et du chorizo.

Des carrés de pate feuilletée, de la farce aux 3 viandes et du chorizo épluché et coupé en tranches.

Sur un carré de pâte feuilletée déposer de la farce, mettre par dessus les tranches de chorizo.

Refermer avec un autre carré de pâte feuilleté, bien sceller les bords et dorer avec du jaune d'oeuf.

Faire cuire dans un four chaud une trentaine de minutes.
