Une entrée pleine de légumes avec une sauce light pour remplacer la mayonnaise.

J'utilise un mélange de légumes surgelés dans lequel je rajoute des pommes de terre cuites à l'eau et froide.

Pour la sauce du fromage blanc avec un peu de moutarde et des cornichons, câpres et oeufs durs hachés.

Mélanger le tout et c'est prêt.
