Pain au saumon

Salut à tous, un essai de pain garni.

Il faut de la pâte à pain, du saumon cru, du mascarpone et de la coriandre fraîche.

Hacher la coriandre et la mélanger au mascarpone.

Abaisser la pâte à pain et déposer le saumon en pavé de chaque côté après avoir réparti la préparation au mascarpone.

Remettre un peu de mascarpone et refermer en rabattant les bords.

Faire cuire environ 25 minutes dans un four chaud.

Laisser reposer et découper en tranches.
