Poulet au citron et menthe

[phillarecette]

Salut à tous, un émincé de poulet avec du citron confit et de la menthe fraîche.

Un peu d'échalotte pour relever le plat et de la crème fraîche.

Faire revenir le poulet émincé doucement pour ne pas trop le colorer.

Pendant ce temps couper la menthe, l'écorce du citron confit et l'échalotte.

Ajouter l'échalotte et le citron dans le poulet, laisser mijoter et ajouter la crème.

Mettre la menthe au dernier moment.
